I allocate a two hour call slot, so no waiting around all day for an engineer to call. For timed appointments, out of hours or out of normal area a call out charge may be levied.(If problems arise, as sometimes they do, rest assured you will be notified if anything changes)

I do not take appliances away!!!

Wherever possible the I  will let you know prices before work commences.If a machine is deemed to be beyond economical repair then a diagnosis only fee is charged. This is a minimum of £20 for freestanding  and £30 for integrated appliances depending on time taken and distance from base. This is a reduced labour rate.

I do not carry out free estimates. Nobody goes to work and expects not to be paid ....do they!!!

Most parts fitted have a 90 day guarantee with some exclusions. PCB boards, plastic handles and cosmetic parts, cooker elements to name a few.Rest assured all parts fitted will be of the highest quality.
